Truly enjoyed generous breakfasts!!

the place was fairly clean and exceptional, had very friendly and best staff especially at the reception desk. they gave us very well furnished and exceptionally clean double room in good condition. meals were brilliant, and there was showroom bar & dine near the hotel.

The sheraton is a fantastic place! The reception staff were so friendly and cute. The spa was excellent too, with relaxing treatments. We enjoyed the massage and kids had a great time at the pool.

The gym is impressively equipped. The breakfast selection really stands out and the food is delicious. I especially appreciated the pet-friendly policy for small animals without any extra charges. The room provided ample space, along with a comfortable bed.

I was wishing for a lovely stay, but alas! The curtains in my room were riddled with holes, letting in light like a disco ball. The service was nonexistent-had to channel my inner detective for breakfast staff. Honestly, i expected a complimentary gift for these inconveniences but got crickets instead. Disappointed, yet again.

The facilities were amazing, especially the spa area which kept my teenage kids entertained after our adventures in the vibrant city, full of galleries and music. The breakfast was a definite highlight. The food was delicious!

My children wished for a better kids' activity area.

Amazing staff & comfy vibes!

We had a really cozy stay! The room was super clean and spacious. The bed? So comfy, I didn't wanna get up in the morning. Jovan at the front desk was a gem, always ready to help us out. Only thing I'd say is the parking fee was a bit steep. Loved the in-room breakfast. It hit the spot!
